Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at alert.deeds1@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items that have been opened

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at alert.deeds1@icloud.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at alert.deeds1@icloud.com and send your item to the return address above.
